We believe that transparency is the society's best cure to the COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus pandemic. Since it is affecting our community tremendously, we would like to inform you of the immediate steps and some service changes to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy.
We are following strict guidelines from WHO and CDC for the prevention of Covid-19. These guidelines encourage our employees, partners, and our dear customers to practice excessive handwashing with antiseptic alcohol, wear facial masks, limit contacts with others and avoid crowded places.
In terms of company operation, PAMOJO remains working normally; however, we start social distancing and switching from office to working from home.

- Our factories, warehouses, and office in VietNam are precautiously cleaned and sanitized. We haven’t witnessed any case of infection in our system and the outbreak in VietNam is under control.
- The production for large sizes, from size 9.5-11.5 US, will be delayed for 20-25 days as there are a number of partner suppliers also moving to remote working model. These measures are of utmost importance so that our customers can confidently place orders for your style and comfort.
Nevertheless, withstanding an increasing number of countries putting on travel ban and border restriction, standard shipping time may take up to 15-20 business days for extra custom clearing and quarantine time, instead of the previous 7-12 days. Once the pandemic alert is over, shipping time will be back to normal.
